Ian Kilbride
Ian Kilbride, LLB (Hons). Ian has been the Chairman of Warwick since its inception in January 2002. During his long and distinguished career he has held many key positions and directorships within listed and private companies based in various jurisdictions including South Africa, United Kingdom, Mauritius, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. He was the founder and Chairman of the Appleton Group, taking it to its successful listing in 1999 and has extensive knowledge of the private client and wealth management industry, in which he has been actively involved for over 30 years. The Founder and Chairman of the Spirit Foundation, which houses three foundations focused on education, wildlife and the community upliftment (Spiritfoundation.info), he is passionately committed to social development. Managing Director
Marc Wiese
Marc Wiese, BCom Hons. (Financial Management). Marc is the Managing Director of Warwick Wealth. He graduated at the top of his class with Honours in BCom Financial Management from the University of Stellenbosch. Marc joined Warwick in 2012 and has gained extensive experience across all divisions of the business. He joined the Warwick Board and EXCO in July 2014 and has since held numerous positions within the Warwick group, including Financial Director, Managing Director of Operations, Investment Management and Wealth Management. Marc’s background knowledge of the Warwick group and the financial services industry has positioned him well to lead Warwick forward and implement its ambitious expansion plans across South Africa.
Chief Financial Officer
Tiaan Meyer
Tiaan Meyer, BAcc (Hons), CA(SA). Tiaan is the Chief Financial Officer of Warwick and a member of Spirit EXCO. He completed his B. Com at the University of Stellenbosch, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2012. He started his career as an auditor where he gained valuable exposure across various industries, ranging from small investment firms to JSE listed companies. Before joining Warwick, Tiaan spent five years at Woolworths in the Corporate Finance division, first as Group Accountant and subsequently moving into the Africa division where he played an integral part in growing the business across the continent. He joined Warwick in 2015 where he began his Warwick career as the Head of Finance and was promoted to the position of Financial Director in 2017
Director of Operations
Ryan Magee
Ryan Magee, BSocSc LOPHRM (Hons.), MSocSc. Ryan is a University of Cape Town alumnus from where he holds multiple degrees, including a BSocSci LOPHRM, a BSocSci Honours degree in Change Management and a Master’s degree (MSocSc) in Organisational Psychology. He has held a range of important managerial positions within the Group, leading to his promotion as Director of Operations. With this depth and range of skills and experience, Ryan is ideally positioned to lead operations with the Group.

Deon Myburgh
Deon Myburgh. Deon holds tertiary qualifications in Financial Planning and Financial Markets. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry at large national institutions. Deon joined Warwick as Regional Manager in Port Elizabeth, subsequently relocating to Johannesburg. As the Director of M&A for the Orion Wealth Managers his key driver is to make Warwick the fastest growing wealth management business in the country.

Christiaan le Grange
Christiaan le Grange. Christiaan has more than 21 years’ experience in the financial services sector. With 17 years spent with a major national institution where he developed a passion for clients and ‘putting the client first’. He joined Warwick in 2014 and leads client administration and banking, where he strives to deliver the most professional service in South Africa.
Director of Take-On
Connor Kilbride
Connor Kilbride. Connor is a graduate of Exeter University receiving a First Class Honours in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. He has since completed two postgraduate programmes in the field of Strategic Business and Management, at Stellenbosch University Business School and Cambridge University in the UK.
Connor joined Warwick Wealth in 2022, and his role is to ensure that Warwick’s professional network deals throughout the country are onboarded successfully and efficiently.

Tim Hughes
Tim Hughes, BA (Hons), MA (Cum Laude), MSt (Cum Laude), MSc (Cum Laude), PGDip, Cert. Dir. (SA), CMI (UK). Tim is a graduate of UCT, Cambridge, Oxford and London universities. He is a former university lecturer and parliamentary research fellow. He has consulted to numerous major international and local corporations. He holds the prestigious title of Certified Director (SA) and brings 30 years’ experience in the corporate, political, think tank, academic, research and communications fields.

Cobus van Schalkwyk
Cobus van Schalkwyk, BCom (Law), LLB, PG Dip (Financial Planning). Cobus was admitted as an Attorney in the Western Cape High Court in 2007. In 2010, he expanded his expertise by completing his Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning and successfully passing the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Board exam.
As the Director of Client Care at Warwick, Cobus is dedicated to ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships with clients, while also contributing to the company’s overall success and growth.

Wendy De Sousa
Wendy de Sousa. With some two decades of experience with Warwick, Wendy is responsible for directing and managing Warwick’s comprehensive marketing, advertising and publications portfolio both within the Professional Network and Lifestyle spaces. In addition to Warwick’s extensive national outdoor signage portfolio, she has overall responsibility for the company’s leading-edge social media profile as well as its portfolio of renowned publications. Wendy’s professional mantra is to continually enhance the company’s marketing profile, while delivering ever richer quality material to clients.

Conrad Clifford
Conrad Clifford, BCom, CFP®. Conrad Clifford joined Warwick in 2009 as a Wealth Specialist, later being appointed as the Senior Wealth Specialist in Durban and then promoted to Regional Manager of Warwick KwaZulu-Natal. Prior to joining Warwick, Conrad was a Financial Planner with a major national institution offering holistic financial planning to individuals and businesses. Conrad is passionate about client service.

Michael Feinberg
Michael Feinberg, BTech, PGDip in Financial Planning. After graduating BTech in Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology in 2009, Michael began his financial career at Warwick Wealth in 2010. He was promoted to Financial Manager for Warwick Invest and transferred to the Johannesburg office. Michael was subsequently promoted to National Sales Manager for Warwick's Lifestyle Network and in 2016 he transitioned to the position of Wealth Specialist. After completing his PGDip in Financial Planning at the University of Stellenbosch, Michael was promoted to Regional Manager of the Western Cape.

Rudi Oosthuizen
Rudi Oosthuizen. With an Advanced Certificate in Financial Planning, Rudi joined the financial services industry in 2006 after starting his working career as a Mathematics teacher. He was a principal of a Sanlam BlueStar until joining Warwick Wealth in 2017 as a Wealth Specialist. In 2022 Rudi weas promoted to Regional Manager of Warwick Eastern Cape. He believes that teamwork and attention to detail in order to achieve success is key in the Private Wealth environment.

Charles Hitchcock
Charles Hitchcock. Charles holds a Higher Certificate in Financial Planning as well as a Diploma in Marketing Management. Charles has more than 15 years’ experience in the financial services sector, which spans from being a consultant to an independent financial advisor with some of the largest national financial services companies.
Charles joined Warwick in 2019 as a Wealth Planner in the Johannesburg office and was promoted to Regional Manager of Gauteng in January 2024. Charles believes that teamwork and client care is key to growing a successful business.
Free State Regional Manager
Wiann van Zyl
Wiann van Zyl, PGD Financial Planning, CFP®. After graduating with a BCom degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning, Wiann joined the financial services industry in 2012. He is a highly experienced CFP® professional who is passionate about financial markets and client service. Wiann joined Warwick in 2021 as the Branch Manager in the Free State and was promoted to the position of Regional Manager for Warwick in the Free State. Wiann has delivered exceptional growth for Warwick brand in the region.
Spirit Foundation
Established by the Kilbride family, the Spirit Foundation provides a platform for Warwick and others to support the three charitable foundations operating under the Spirit Foundation, namely: the Spirit Education Foundation, the Spirit Community Foundation and the Spirit Wildlife Foundation.
Over the past thirty years, the Spirit Foundation has established an enviable track-record of assisting worthy causes that have impacted in a positive and meaningful way on the lives and projects it supports.
