A letter from the Chairman's desk, by Ian Kilbride

Dear Readers,

Every quarter, the Warwick Exco meets out of office for two days and in essence, we ask ourselves, “How are we adding value to our clients and what service and product enhancements can we develop to add even more benefits to the Warwick offering?”

At the conclusion of the Exco, we develop an action list that sets out the ‘deliverables’ we have agreed to introduce for our clients in the short, medium and longer term.

So let me share with you the Warwick private wealth management model and a number of value adding services we will be introducing this year.

Warwick private wealth management offers personalised financial planning and investment strategies for our clients, going far beyond basic asset management. This includes estate planning, local and international asset management, high interest cash accounts, tax optimisation, Will and fiduciary services.

We apply our expertise and resources to navigate increasingly complex financial situations to help our clients achieve long-term financial goals.

Here's a more detailed look at the value of Warwick private wealth management:

  1. Personalised Financial Planning:
  • Tailored Advice:

Warwick wealth specialists provide customised financial plans that consider the unique circumstances, goals, and risk tolerance of each client.

  • Long-Term Vision:

We help clients develop a long-term financial roadmap, ensuring their assets are aligned with their desired future.

  1. Investment Management:
  • Diversification:

Our private wealth managers create diversified portfolios that balance risk and return, considering the client's investment horizon.

  • Investment Strategies:

Wealth specialists may also employ advanced investment strategies, such as alternative investments or customised factor-based investing, to potentially enhance returns.

  1. Beyond Traditional Wealth Management:
  • Estate Planning:

Our Wealth Specialists conduct personalised estate planning, ensuring assets are transferred efficiently and minimising tax liabilities. Working with Appleton, we provide expert Will drafting at no cost to the client together with highly efficient and cost effective estate administration services.

  • Tax Optimization:

We help clients optimise their tax situation, reducing the burden of taxes on their wealth.

  1. Building Trust and Relationships:
  • Personalised Service:

Our wealth teams build strong relationships with their clients, providing personalised attention, ongoing support and regular wealth and portfolio reviews.

  • Empathy and Understanding:

Very importantly, our wealth teams offer a human element to the financial planning process, understanding the client's emotional needs and providing reassurance during market fluctuations.

  1. Access to Expertise and Resources:
  • Specialised Knowledge:

Our highly qualified wealth managers have specialised knowledge in areas such as local and international personalised share portfolios, specialist investment funds or wrap funds. Every Warwick client also has access to a personalised high interest cash account (HICA), again at no cost.

  • Global Network:

We have access to a global network of investment and asset management experts and resources, providing clients with insights and opportunities beyond the local market.

While we are proud of the unique portfolio of services provided to our clients, there is more to come. In addition to fund enhancements, this year we are excited to be introducing a personalised Warwick smart phone application to provide clients with direct access to review their private wealth portfolio literally at the touch of a button.

My commitment is to ensure that Warwick constantly identifies ways of further enhancing our portfolio of services to our clients and continues to set the standard in private wealth management.

Until next month, take good care and continue growing your wealth!

Yours sincerely,

Ian Kilbride
